Kindly send us an email at spirituallyunique719@gmail.com, along with photographs and a full-length unboxing video of the damaged product. We will be pleased to assist you with the exchange process. Please ensure that the product is returned with all tags and bills attached and has not been used. Please note that we cannot process any claims without an unboxing video.

REFUND POLICY

At Spiritually Unique, we have a strict NO-REFUND POLICY. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. However, if you receive a damaged product, we encourage you to refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.
